I would like to participate in the Food Makers category.

I am an independent food artisan. “Awesome Bangalorean Cuisine” is a brand of food products prepared by me. The product variety belongs to the cuisine of Bangalore region. All the products are home made and hand made without the use of any chemical preservatives, artificial food colours, artificial flavouring agents etc. Our products are freshly prepared and are made-to-order.

At the Maker Faire, I would like to showcase the making of “Virgin Coconut Oil” at home. I would be displaying freshly made Virgin Coconut Oil and put-up placards(with pictures and text) showing the procedure for making the same. Audience will be informed about the health benefits of making and using homemade virgin coconut oil.
