To throw open a healthy discussion on what ails the CBFC currently and what would be the way forward for censorship and/or rating of films in India.

Outline

To look at where we are stuck with respect to censorship and rating of films in India, what are the problems pertaining to the CBFC,what could be the ways of moving forward etc.

Speaker bio

Sethumadhavan has been a film critic and journalist,is the Founder and Chief Editor of the movie portal Mad About Moviez (www.madaboutmoviez.com),a destination point for discussion on films of all kinds,especially indie films & regional cinema.Sethu also writes for Bangalore Mirror (part of TOI)and has been consulting with a reputed film studio in Mumbai.
