This will be a beginner to intermediate level talk on Async await/Futures. We will cover the following topics to various extents.
- Async/Futures introduction
- Using/awaiting futures/runtimes
- Working with multiple futures
- Cancellation
- Async primitives (for e.g. select!)
- Streams
- Pin/Unpin/pin_project
- Debugging
Estimated duration for this talk will be at least an hour or perhaps more depending on how other talks are scheduled and if time permits.
