Building a Linux package manager from scratch

This talk will cover the implementation of kiss-ng, a package manager for a minimalistic Linux distribution, covering the packaging format, state persistence, build & installation process, etc. in addition to a basic background on how Linux distributions are built
The project is implemented in Zig but the talk will mostly cover general concepts and not go very deep into the code itself
