Building a userspace TCP/IP stack

This talk will cover the implementation of a TCP/IP stack in userspace, covering usage of Linux TUN/TAP devices, handling layer 3 IP packets, and modelling a TCP state machine to handle the 3-way handshake, sliding window, packet retransmissions etc. in Rust
