Abstract

Micro-Apps or just say Micro Services are on a boom these days - easier to maintain, robust releases, faster and reliable development experience but more of all better performance. The talk covers designing your react application for a micro apps/services based architecture to react the final goal of Micro Front-end Architectures. The talk also covers the tools to manage the micro apps’ - dependencies, releases and yes, separate teams. We at ClearTax have adopted the micro-apps architecture after 4 years of using the monolithic architecture and have seen a healthy growth in our developer experience and releasing processes.

Outline

The talk primarily cover - Problems with Monolithic Architecture, How to solve them with a mono-repo or micro-apps architecture, tools and mechanisms to adopt for better mono-repo and micro-apps management - dependencies, releases.

Dhruv is a Front-end Developer at ClearTax - India’s largest online tax filing platform, is a member of Node.js Foundation working closely with the website-redesign and i18n teams and has contributed to many Open Source Projects

    Details of the proposal are missing. The description is too thin to make a judgement about your proposal.

    Also, mentioning that the requirements for this session is “Just The Brain” sounds very demeaning and patronizing for potential participants. On this count alone, I’d question whether the intention here is to share your work or to talk down to the audience. Feel free to clarify.
