This talk is a jump starter kit for developers, for creating mobile application using Angular 2 and Ionic 2. I will discuss various Ionic Components, Navigation in Ionic, Idea of Themeing and will make a fairly simple app during the session.

Outline

Idea of this talk is to help developers easily start developing Mobile Application using Ionic 2. Here are some of the important things I would like to discuss.

  1. Bit about Classes and ES6
  2. Angular 2’s Component Structure.
  3. Ionic 2’s various UI Components.
  4. Navigation in Ionic 2.
  5. Theming
  6. Using Native Features using Ionic Native.

Speaker bio

I am a JavaScript Developer from Punjab, working as freelancer. I have been developing Hybrid Apps with Angular and Ionic for past 2.5 year. I am one of the earliest tester of Ionic 2 and gave a talk back in October 2015 on it, at Mobile App Europe, Berlin. Currently writing a book on Ionic 2 for Packt Publication.
