Attendees will learn how to build extensions for Adobe Creative Cloud software like Photoshop using HTML and JavaScript.

Building extensions Photoshop and other Adobe tools does not require a knowledge of C/C++. You can build those nice looking panels all in HTML and JavaScript. The scripting engine also supports JavaScript to drive the tools and implement your cool new way of doing things in Photoshop.

Come learn how to build these extensions in HTML and JavaScript from scratch.

Adobe tools if you want to test the extension.
Extension Builder for eclipse to make it easier to build the extension - http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/extensionbuilder3/

Looks interesting. Smashing Magazine has also published a good article today http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2013/07/25/introduction-to-photoshop-scripting/

Great article on talking about ExtendScript, which supports a JavaScript (early subset of the language) as a way to create jsx files. This presentation would also cover the new ability to create the plugin UI in HTML/JS/CSS.
