These guidelines apply to Hasgeek sponsors opting for booth space at Hasgeek events as part of their sponsorship packages. The booth specs depend on the Sponsorship Tier chosen.
Platinum / Gold Sponsor Setup
📐Booth Specifications (for Platinum / Gold sponsors)
🔷Flooring: 8ft x 8ft (carpet with taped down edges; raised platform not allowed)
🔷Table: 6ft width x 2ft depth; 30in height (with black table cover)
🔷Seating: 2 nos. chairs
🔷Table fascia: Front & sides (with sponsor branding)
🔷Booth backdrop: 8ft width x 8ft height (with sponsor branding)
🔷Lighting (optional): Three spotlights for the booth backdrop (depends on ambient lighting at the venue)
🔷TV Display (optional): 42 inch TV, HDMI cable and remote (on a stand or embedded in the backdrop)
🔸Booth Position: The Sponsor can choose one booth position, as part of their sponsorship agreement. Booth positions (as depicted on the venue floorplan) will be allotted on a first come first serve basis.
📐 Standee Specifications
🔷Dimensions: 6ft height x 3ft width (roll-up standee)
🔸Standee Position: The Sponsor can display one standee outside their booth, as part of their sponsorship agreement. Standee positions (as depicted on the venue floorplan) will be allotted on a first come first serve basis.
🔸**Additional Standee Placement (optional): The Sponsor can display an add-on standee(s) outside their booth (subject to availability; as depicted on the venue floorplan) at an additional charge. If required, please contact your post-sales POC for these charges.

✅Power: 6A power supply (1 powerbox with 2nos. plug points) available at allotted booth location
✅Sponsor setup production: The production cost for the setup (Booth & Standee) is not included in the sponsorship and must be arranged by the sponsor. If required, Hasgeek can produce the setup (Booth & Standee) at an additional charge. Please contact your post-sales POC for these charges.
