How I went from a complete newbie programmer to loving Web development and making CSS art

Submitted Jul 21, 2020

I took up the 100 days of code challenge on Twitter in April 2020 to improve my skills in Web development. But I didn’t know how this seemingly small step would take me on a whole new ride that would eventually make me love CSS, web development and computers and give me the power to be able to make almost any web app that I could think of! The target audience would be people who are just starting out in programming and taking up 100 days of code and also people who are interested to gain a different perspective of how you can evolve into a completely different human being(almost :) ) through discipline and practice.

Outline

I am planning to talk about how I started contemplating the idea of Web development, how I got to know about 100 days of code, why I started doing CSS art,
experiences that I am having while doing the challenge(both good and bad) and some lessons that I learnt so far.

Speaker bio

I think I am good enough to take this session because I have first hand experience in the topic that I’m planning to talk about. I am also looking to overcome my fear of interacting with new people, so I am very much interested to go forward with this opportunity.
