A work-in-progress with real findings beats a finished demo with none.\n\nWhere possible\, i nclude an architecture walkthrough\, a working example\, or a demo that he lps explain your findings.\n\nWith that in mind\, here are the three topic s we’re interested in for this round.\n\n## Topics of interest\n### Agen ts in production\nThe core focus for this event is agents that are live an d taking real traffic: chat assistants\, coding agents\, voice bots\, work flow automation wired into CRM\, ticketing or internal tools\, or anything else in that shape. We’re not fixed on the form the agent takes\; we’ re interested in what happened after it went live.\n\nWe also welcome work that stopped short of production when you can explain what you learned an d why you chose not to ship.\n\nIf you’re not sure what to cover\, start here:\n\n- What did going from prototype to production actually cost—in latency\, dollars\, and engineering time?\n- Where did the agent fail in a way your evals didn’t catch\, and how did you find out?\n- What’s th e recovery path when the agent gets it wrong—retry\, escalation to a hum an\, or silent failure?\n- What did you have to build around the agent—g uardrails\, monitoring\, fallback logic—that you hadn’t planned for?\n \n### Applied AI\nRAG\, MCP\, skills\, plugins\, and agent tooling: how th ese get built into a product that ships. What changed when colleagues started using and extending them?\n\n### Fine-tuning\, RL environments\, and small language models\nWe welcome experiences with fine -tuning runs that did or didn’t beat prompting\, distillation and quanti zation\, reward design\, RL environments and their harnesses\, and small m odels running on-device or at the edge.\n\nMuch of the best work here sits behind an NDA. If you can’t share exact numbers or setup\, walk through an open-source equivalent\, or explain the architecture and techniques wi thout proprietary specifics.
