Abstract

In the current age where Data is the new Oil, it has become critical for Companies to gather customer data, analyze the relevant data points and derive key insights. It is crucial that companies figure out ways to retain customers by pro-actively predicting churn, grow the existing customer base by providing relevant promotions/offers, and acquire new customers by efficiently processing leads.

One of the Fortune 100 company based out of Silicon Valley approached us to solve a similar problem where they wanted their marketing campaigns to efficiently reach new and existing customers. Efficiency of their existing campaign process was low; they were unable to reach the required customer at the right time with the relevant message.

In his talk, Pavan Nanjundaiah (Sr. Manager, Tredence) will discuss how Tredence’s Natural Language Generation (NLG) based solution helped one of our leading technology Client to reduce customer churn by 4% and increase subscription renewal by 14%, thus resulting in year over year revenue increase. The NLG solution enabled the client to generate intelligent narratives written in a conversational language by coupling Client’s business priorities with profiled customer data sets.

This session will be useful for anyone, across any vertical, who is interested in knowing more about NLG and its application in Customer Analytics.

Speaker bio

Pavan Nanjundaiah brings more than 14 years global experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence and Technology Solutions. He has worked for 10 years in Silicon Valley for various clients like Amazon, Qualcomm, Cisco, Seagate and Shutterfly. Pavan brings in a unique mix of Techno-Functional Business knowledge along with a deep understanding of Technology. He is a frequent speaker in COLLABORATE events and is currently working as a Senior Manager in Tredence
