Abstract

In this talk, the speaker would talk about a chat engine/ platform to enable human to machine interaction on multiple channels (web, slack, hipchat, etc) including social like facebook across text and voice. A user can seamlessly move across channel without losing the chat context and the conversation. Also, this talk will give insights to the NLP engine that powers this platform.

Outline

  1. Multi-channel chatbot platform overview
  2. Conversational chatbot and the underlying NLP/ AI engine for context and content analysis, entity identification, sentiment analysis, semantic analysis and classification and more
  3. Switch channel with seamless transition of context and conversation
  4. Handle conditions not modelled – route to live agent with context and conversation.
