Challenges in the retail industry & ways to solve them through data mining & predictive analytics

This lecture would be covered with various statistical techniques which can reduce the marketing costs of the retailer & understand the customer in detail. It also covers the best practices used in the industry to get quick returns over the investment in retail especially.

Sridhar Bollam heads Analytics at Capillary Technologies PVT LTD. Capillary is one of the provider with a unique solution for the retailers. It provides a technology for the next generation with Instant analytics & Various tailor made customer engagement plans. Prior to Capillary, he has worked for 2 other start-ups in the field of predictive analytics & Data mining. He has a bachelor's degree from Indian Institute of technology, Kharagpur.
