Challenge with Android Emulators have been the performance! Last year Microsoft surpised Android Community by announcing a blazing fast Android Emulator with Visual Studio. A free emulator for android that works with any IDE! Yes that’s true!
In this quick talk we will see how we can use the standalone Android Emulator, free of cost, with Android Studio and Exlipse with ADT.

Speaker bio

Abhishek works as a Technical Evangelist at Microsoft. He works with the community helping them get to the latest technologies. Previously, he was a consultant at Microsoft focused on Web stack, Cloud, WP, and Game development. He is a regular speaker at TechEd, User Groups. Prior to Microsoft, Abhishek was working at Infragistics – a leading UI/UX company. He has worked extensively on HTML5 and was awarded the Microsoft MVP award while working outside Microsoft.
