The Responsible AI initiative will focus on few key areas:

1. Education and Awareness

• Develop and curate learning resources and training materials to build AI literacy among developers.
• Host workshops, webinars and talks by domain experts on topics like AI ethics, algorithmic fairness, explainable AI, privacy-preserving machine learning, and AI security.
• Encourage developers to share case studies, lessons learned and best practices.

2. Tools and Frameworks

• Collaboratively develop open source tools and frameworks to support responsible AI development practices.
• Areas of focus could include fairness testing, model interpretability, data privacy, and security auditing.
• Maintain a curated collection of external tools and resources.

3. Guidelines and Standards

• Work towards creating a set of guidelines and recommended best practices for responsible AI development.
• Engage diverse stakeholders including researchers, ethicists, policymakers, and impacted communities.
• Advocate for the adoption of responsible AI practices in the wider developer community.
