Building Taper: Minimalist Deep Learning Framework from scratch

Taper is a minimalist deep learning framework written from scratch.
I would like to talk about the basic structure -
- Dynamic Computational Graphs
- Auto differentiation library
- GEMM
Its performance, training Multi-layer perceptron in <2 seconds. The same network written in pytorch takes ~12 seconds to train. Both get same accuracy on MNIST dataset - 99%.
