 nayana Sitaram](https://www.linkedin.com/in/sunayana/) is a Principal Rese
 archer at Microsoft Research\, India where she works on Natural Language P
 rocessing. Her research interests are broadly in democratizing AI and curr
 ently\, the focus of her work is on making LLMs more inclusive to more lan
 guages and cultures. She is also the Director of the MSR India Research Fe
 llow program and is active in the NLP research community. \n\n[Tanuja Ganu
 ](https://www.linkedin.com/in/tanujabapat/) is a Principal Research SDE Ma
 nager at Microsoft Research\, India. She is currently part of MSR’s new 
 center for Societal impact through Cloud and Artificial Intelligence (SCAI
 ). SCAI focuses on creating\, nurturing and deploying technologies that wi
 ll have large\nscale impact on society. She has previously co-founded Data
 Glen Technologies and worked as a Researcher at IBM Research\, India.\n\nT
