What I’d like to cover:
- Information Design, IA (not AI, hehe!)
- Process and Approach: From Data to Insights, applying UCD principles.
- Nomenclature: It’s not “just” Semantics. How language affects how we work, what we design and even ROI. (This can be it’s own talk)
